Mình cũng chưa rảnh mà dịch lại, nhưng nói chung chỉ nói về nội dung bài hát thôi, cũng đâu đến nỗi quá khó đọc

Ah người ta thỉnh thoảng cũng chú ý một cái chữ nhỏ nhỏ phía dưới bài viết là "nếu trích xin ghi rõ nguồn từ ....." không nhỉ?

Nguồn là cái tối thiểu thể hiện mình tôn trọng tác giả. Hầu hết các trang web âm nhạc khi dẫn bài phải ghi rõ nguồn. Trừ một số bài viết thuộc dạng độc quyền ở một số rum không cho phép dẫn đi nơi khác ngoài link ( họ sẽ có cảnh báo ). Thông thường sẽ chỉ có câu " Don't take out without credit ( permission) " ( Bạn được phép đem đi nhưng phải ghi đầy đủ credit ( hoặc được đồng ý của tác giả ))


+ Đối với tin tức dịch từ trang web nước ngoài ( vd như soompi, one TVXQ..), chỉ cần ghi rõ nguồn ( người chia sẻ ) là có thể dịch được, không cần xin phép.

+ Đối với fanfic, các tác phẩm văn chương, cảm nhận cá nhân của tác giả. các bản raw của truyện tranh chẳng hạn... ( nghĩa là bài viết có vẻ dính đến văn chương), bắt buộc phải xin phép tác giả và chụp lại cap để chứng minh tác giả đã cho phép bạn dịch. Bản dịch không nhằm mục đích thương mại.

+ Thực ra tất cả đều mang tính tương đối. Tớ vẫn làm theo nguyên tắc ^^ vì ít ra cũng thể hiện mình tôn trọng người ta. Có những cái rất thích ( v dụ như tiểu thuyết Trung văn- mình không biết tiếng Trung để xin tác giả, và cũng rất khó xin đối với một số bộ đang xuất bản bên Trung Q, thế nên thực ra dịch chui rất nhiều. Cơ bản là không nhằm mục đích thương mại và chỉ post ở blog cá nhân nên có thể là chấp nhận được ).

Đây là những gì tớ biết và đã từng làm qua ( cả 3 loại luôn ) ^^ cũng là những cái ( chắc là ) chung chung nhất. Những trường hợp đặc biệt thì tớ không rõ

Ha ha, nói thế cũng là một phần thôi. Ngày nào tớ chẳng qua quidian lấy chap mới truyện mang về convert còn về phần bản quyền thì tùy tác giả ai tốt tính cho dịch thoải mái nhưng miễn không mang in sll có mục đích thương mại là dc, còn nếu không ta cũng cứ xài chùa.
